這門課內容主要聚焦在中樞神經系統構造及相關功能，利用課堂個別講述包含：脊髓內上升和下降神經束的特徵學和功能分佈；腦幹組織和功能要素，同時包括腦神經核、上升和下降神經束走向、小腦和內耳前庭系統的構造和資訊傳導流；顱神經核的分佈及功能；間腦和終腦的功能與分類；進一步這門課將會探討這些不同的中樞神經系統如何一起作用。運動系統整合；感覺系統，視覺、聽覺和身體感覺。為將來神經病理學奠定學習基礎。

神經解剖學是門涵蓋神經系統之構造及功能的課程，目的在了解
人體中樞與周邊神經系統相互間如何運作，特別是大體解剖無法
辨識的「複雜腦部結構」與「神經傳導路徑」，以為神經科學、
臨床神經病學、精神病學、心理學等相關專業奠定必要的神經形
態學知識，課程中適時導入臨床病例，以提高學生學習的積極性
和目的性。
