本系統課程包含神經、精神及麻醉三大部份，授課內容從神經系統組織學、胚胎學、生理學、生化學、藥理學、病理學、核子醫學、放射診斷學等基礎醫學、實驗出發，再導入臨床本單位三大系統常見神經內科學、神經外科學、精神科學及麻醉科學常見疾病的病史詢問、鑑別診斷、疾病分期、身體檢查、診斷方式、治療選項及預防醫學概念。另安排問題導向式教學、翻轉教室、神經功能評估及臨床技能學習課程，協助學生全方位學習神經、精神及麻醉等系統領域的知識及診斷治療能力。

本系統整合神經、精神、麻醉三大學門課程，先學習基礎神經系統的組織學、胚胎學、生理學、生化學、藥理學、病理學及實驗課程，再導入臨床三大學門常見疾病的病史詢問、鑑別診斷、疾病分期、身體檢查、診斷方式、治療選項及預防醫學概念。另為加強學生對本系統疾病的了解及未來對臨床的運用，安排問題導向式教學、翻轉教室、神經功能評估及臨床技能學習課程等互動式課程，協助學生把課堂上學習到的知識與能力，運用到模擬臨床病患身上。
