儀器公告:
Instrument Announcements:


擁有工作人員權限者可以進行公告的編輯、新增、刪除作業,除此之外僅有閱覽的權利。
Users with staff privileges can edit, add, or delete announcements. All other users have read-only access.

(一)公告區: 進入學士後醫學系首頁後向下滑動到【儀器公告】區塊,即可看見當前最新的10則公告,如要查看更多項目,可點選右下角的 更多資訊進行查看。
(1) Announcement Section: After entering the homepage of the Post-Bachelor Medicine Program, scroll down to the “Instrument Announcements” section to view the 10 most recent announcements. To see more items, click “More Information…” at the bottom right.


(二)新增公告: 在登入後,身份若為「儀器-超級管理、儀器-教室管理、儀器-帳號管理」,頁面上方的【更多功能】會出現【新增公告】功能
(2) Adding Announcements: After logging in, if your role is “Instrument – Super Admin,” “Instrument – Lab Manager,” or “Instrument – Account Manager,” the “Add Announcement” option will appear under “More Functions” at the top of the page.


有以下欄位: 類別 (必填)、主旨 (必填)、說明 (必填,限600)、圖檔1~3 (選填,限JPGPNG)、附件1~3 (選填,限PDF, DOC, CSV, XLSX, PPT)、內嵌視窗、隱藏/顯示、預計公告時間(選填,請以每5分鐘為單位)、通知。

The following fields are available: Category (required)、Subject (required)、Description (required, maximum 600 characters)、Image 1–3 (optional, JPG or PNG only)、Attachment 1–3 (optional, PDF, DOC, CSV, XLSX, PPT only)、Embedded Window、Hidden/Visible、Scheduled Announcement Time (optional, in 5-minute increments)、Notification

  • 圖檔1~3 (選填,限JPGPNG),使用者可以發布圖片,上限3張。
    Image 1–3 (optional, JPG or PNG): Users can upload up to 3 images.
  • 附件1~3 (選填,限PDF, DOC, CSV, XLSX, PPT),使用者可以發布附件,上限3個。
    Attachment 1–3 (optional, PDF, DOC, CSV, XLSX, PPT): Users can upload up to 3 attachments.
  • 隱藏/顯示,使用者可以選擇先行編輯,不發佈。
    Hidden/Visible: Users can choose to edit first without publishing.
  • 預計公告時間(選填,請以每5分鐘為單位),使用者可以預排通知,指定時間到時,系統將自動公告。
    Scheduled Announcement Time (optional, in 5-minute increments): Users can schedule the announcement. At the specified time, the system will automatically publish it.
  • 通知,可以選擇寄信通知指定對象,選擇方式提供單人多選、群組多選、單人單選、群組單選。
    Notification: Users can choose to send email notifications to designated recipients. Selection options include single or multiple individuals, or single or multiple groups.

(三)我的公告: 在發出公告以後,如果要查看、編輯、刪除、隱藏已發出的公告,請在頁面上方的【更多功能】中點選【我的公告】
(3) My Announcements: After publishing an announcement, to view, edit, delete, or hide it, click “My Announcements” under “More Functions” at the top of the page.

在【我的公告】中,可以查看自己發出去或隱藏的公告項目,點擊項目後,即可進行編修作業。
In “My Announcements,” you can view announcements you have published or hidden. Click on an item to edit it.

  •  儀器-【實驗室】單位管理
    Instrument – Laboratory Unit Management

    擁有「教室管理」權限者,可以對【實驗室】單位管理 進行編輯、新增、刪除動作。
    Users with “Classroom Management” privileges can edit, add, or delete entries in Laboratory Unit Management.

    (一)   編輯、新增資料區: 有以下欄位「首席研究員、email、實驗室電話、實驗室傳真、聯絡地址、實驗室所在建築位置、預約(管理)人、預約(管理)人聯絡電話、實驗室簡介、備註(會顯示)」,以上欄位除了「首席研究員」以外,其餘可寫可不寫,資料內容可參照 Lab Page 進行填寫。「實驗室簡介」的輸入框可以調整格式。
    (1) Edit/Add Data Section: The following fields are available: Principal Investigator, Email, Laboratory Phone, Laboratory Fax, Contact Address, Laboratory Building Location, Reservation (Manager), Reservation (Manager) Contact Phone, Laboratory Introduction, Remarks (displayed). Except for Principal Investigator, all other fields are optional. The content can be filled in by referring to the Lab Page. The input box for Laboratory Introduction allows formatting adjustments.


    (二)   已新增實驗室列表: 新增成功的資料,會在下方顯示,如果要進行編輯、刪除作業,可以點擊「編輯、刪除」的 icon 進行。
    (2) List of Added Laboratories: Successfully added entries will be displayed below. To edit or delete an entry, click the corresponding “Edit” or “Delete” icon.



  • 儀器-使用者啟用/禁用設定與列表
    Instrument – User Activation/Deactivation Settings and List

    擁有「帳號管理」權限者,可以對儀器使用者進行賦予、移除權限的動作,以及禁、起用。「教育訓練」的認定也在此頁面,當學生完成儀器的教育訓練並告知管理員以後,管理員可以在本頁面中設定已通過項目,以讓學生可以預約需要教育訓練的儀器。
    Users with “Account Management” privileges can grant or remove permissions for instrument users, as well as activate or deactivate accounts. Certification for “Education & Training” is also managed on this page. After a student completes the instrument training and informs the administrator, the administrator can mark the corresponding items as approved on this page, allowing the student to reserve instruments that require training.


  • 儀器-儀器管理
    Instrument – Instrument Management

    擁有「教室管理」權限者,可以進行新增、刪除、修改儀器的動作。
    Users with “Classroom Management” privileges can add, delete, or modify instruments.

    (一) 欄位說明: 儀器名稱、位置/地點、開放預約、不可預約時段、指導(負責)教授、預約(管理)人、預約(管理)人聯絡電話、是否需要教育訓練、收費(每分鐘/)、收費(每次/)、備註。

    (1) Field Descriptions: Instrument Name、Location、Open for Reservation、Unavailable Time Slots、Supervising (Responsible) Professor、Reservation (Manager)、Reservation (Manager) Contact PhoneEducation & Training RequiredFee (per minute / currency)Fee (per session / currency)Remarks

    (二) 不可預約時段: 可以選擇該儀器不允許被預約的時段,時段的設定請參考清大的上課節次與時間,如果無別設定,請選擇「無」即可。
    (2) Unavailable Time Slots: You can select time periods during which the instrument cannot be reserved. Refer to the class periods and times of National Chiao Tung University. If no specific restriction applies, select “None”.

    (三) 指導(負責)教授: 選單的項目來自前面所提到的「儀器-【實驗室】單位管理」,如果選單中沒有看到需要的項目,請自行於「儀器-【實驗室】單位管理」中新增。
    (3) Supervising (Responsible) Professor: The options in the dropdown menu come from “Instrument – Laboratory Unit Management.” If the required item is not listed, please add it in “Instrument – Laboratory Unit Management.”

    (四) 是否需要教育訓練: 若該項目為「是」,則借用人必須先接受該儀器的教育訓練,並被認定且註記,才可以於系統中借用,否則會跳出警示視窗提醒無法借用。
    (4) Education & Training Required: If this field is set to Yes, the user must complete the corresponding instrument training and be certified in the system before making a reservation. Otherwise, a warning will appear, preventing the reservation.

    (五) 收費(每分鐘/)、收費(每次/) 該項目以每分鐘計價,可輸入小數點位數,計算結果求至小數點後第二位四捨五入,如果不收費則保持 0 即可。
    (5) Fee (per minute / per session): Fees are calculated per minute and may include decimal points. The result is rounded to two decimal places. If there is no fee, enter 0.

    (六) 備註: 該欄位建議輸入儀器的使用規範,一頁至兩頁 A4 的內文,如果有講義或是 PPT 的內容,建議使用文字附加超連結的方式提供。
    (6) Remarks: It is recommended to include the instrument usage guidelines, approximately 1–2 pages of A4 text. If there are manuals or PPT materials, it is recommended to provide them via text with hyperlinks.


    在成功新建資料後,頁面下方會出現儀器列表,如果需要編輯、刪除項目,可以點擊項目旁的編輯、刪除 icon 進行作業。
    After successfully adding an instrument, the instrument list will appear at the bottom of the page. To edit or delete an entry, click the Edit or Delete icon next to the item.




  • 儀器-預約與現況
    Instrument – Reservations and Current Status

    (一) 預約: 欄位包含: 選擇借用儀器、日期、時段起、時段迄。在「選擇借用儀器」中的項目來自「儀器-儀器管理」所建立的項目。「時段起/迄」的設定請參考清大上課節次與時間進行,並且遵照實驗室所規範的時段進行預約。
    在送出預約資料後並不表示已經可以使用,而是需要等待管理員授權才可以使用,授權前的預處理請依各單位指示進行,譬如: 生醫院需要先將送出後的申請所產生的 PDF 申請單列印出來後給予指導教師與管理員簽章,再繳交至管理處進行審核,而醫學系這邊則無需使用 PDF 再進行簽章,只需電子表單作業,待上述的申請作業完成後並且管理員也批准同意使用後,系統將會自動寄送准許使用信件給使用者提醒已被准許使用,屆時請記得準時到達使用,其餘詳細規範仍請詳閱各項儀器的備註欄位說明。

    (1) Reservation:
    The fields include: Select Instrument, Date, Start Time, End Time. The items under “Select Instrument” come from the entries created in “Instrument – Instrument Management.” For Start/End Time, please refer to the class periods and times at National Chiao Tung University, and make reservations according to the time slots specified by each laboratory.

    Submitting a reservation does not mean the instrument can be used immediately; administrator approval is required before usage. Please follow the pre-authorization procedures specified by each unit. For example, in the College of Biomedical Sciences, applicants must print the PDF application form generated after submission, obtain signatures from the supervising professor and administrator, and then submit it to the administration office for review. In contrast, the Department of Medicine does not require printing and signing the PDF; only electronic form submission is needed. Once the application process is completed and the administrator grants approval, the system will automatically send an authorization email to the user. At that point, please remember to arrive on time. For further details, please refer to the remarks section of each instrument.



    (二) 已送出申請列表: 在列表中會顯示使用者提出的申請單。管理員可以在此處點擊「編輯」icon,對申請項目進行審核,比方說「允許使用、違規與否」,申請人也可以在這邊進行設定。如果要撤銷該項目,請點擊「刪除」欄位的 icon,即可刪除。點擊申請單欄位的圖示可以產出申請單 PDF,如第二點的申請單示意圖。
    (2) Submitted Applications List: This list displays the applications submitted by users. Administrators can click the “Edit” icon to review each application, such as approving usage or marking violations. Applicants can also make adjustments here. To withdraw an application, click the “Delete” icon in the corresponding column. Clicking the icon in the application form column will generate a PDF of the application, as illustrated in the sample shown in point 2.


    (三) 儀器-現況: 現況的日曆採用「時實更新」,一但預約的事件被管理員核可,就會立即被系統登載到日曆上面,反之,若尚未被管理員核可,即不會被登載上去,上述結論而言即於本日曆上所標記之事件即為確定發生事件。該日曆另提供單週「日曆快照(圖片)、日曆快照(PDF)」匯出功能,敬請多加利用。
    (3) Instrument – Current Status: The calendar uses real-time updates. Once a reservation is approved by the administrator, it will be immediately recorded on the calendar. Conversely, if the reservation has not yet been approved, it will not appear. In other words, the events displayed on this calendar represent confirmed reservations. Additionally, the calendar provides weekly export functions, including “Calendar Snapshot (Image)” and “Calendar Snapshot (PDF)”, which users are encouraged to utilize.



    注意事項 Notes:

        第一條. 在已送出申請列表中,除了身份為「超級管理、教室管理」以外,其餘人等只能看見自己所申請的項目。
        Rule 1. In the Submitted Applications List, only users with “Super Admin” or “Classroom Management” privileges can view all entries; all other users can only see their own submissions.

        第二條. 除了身份為「超級管理、教室管理」以外,其餘人等若要編輯已申請項目,請於借用日期前進行作業,超過借用日期後,是無法進行編輯或是刪除的。
        Rule 2. Except for users with “Super Admin” or “Classroom Management” privileges, editing submitted applications must be done before the reserved date. After the reservation date has passed, editing or deleting is no longer possible.

        第三條. 同意借用與否取決於各單位的規範,並非一致性,詳情請參閱各儀器之相關規範。
        Rule 3. Approval of reservations depends on the regulations of each unit and is not standardized. For details, please refer to the specific regulations of each instrument.

        第四條. 導出之申請單 PDF 內容包括: 申請人、學號/員編、聯絡電話、所屬單位、申請使用儀器、租賃費用、備註、使用日期、指導教授、儀器管理人或及其代理人核可、儀器使用規範或講義連結。需使用申請單申請儀器與否,取決於各單位規定,並無強制規定。
        Rule 4. The exported application form PDF includes: applicant, student ID/employee number, contact phone, affiliated unit, instrument requested, rental fee, remarks, usage date, supervising professor, approval by the instrument administrator or authorized proxy, and links to instrument usage guidelines or manuals. Whether an application form is required to reserve an instrument depends on each unit’s regulations and is not mandatory.

        第五條. 當申請被批准後,系統將會立即寄送通知信給申請人,申請人務必於預約時段內前往使用。除此之外,在申請日期到期前一、三天,系統也會自動寄信給申請人提醒使用。若未如期前往使用,會有被註記違規紀錄的可能性。
        Rule 5. Once an application is approved, the system will immediately send a notification email to the applicant. The applicant must use the instrument within the reserved time slot. In addition, the system will automatically send reminder emails one and three days before the reservation date. Failure to use the instrument as scheduled may result in a violation record.

        第六條. 儀器不可被預約的情況有以下幾種: 儀器本身已被禁止於某些時段預約使用、儀器於該時段已被他人成功預約、儀器於該時段與醫學系正課的實驗課程有所衝突(DD+1D-1)、使用者先前的預約紀錄中有過3次或以上的「違規紀錄」判定(違規判定為管理者自定義),停用區間為最晚違規申請發生日當天向前推算3個月內之紀錄、該儀器不接受線上預約,僅採當面或純紙本預約、申請人已於欲申請日期申請了3筆訂單(不得於欲申請日申請超過3)…。當系統判定禁止預約時,會在預約事件上註記「禁用期間」,以提醒使用者再次可以預約的日期。 

        Rule 6. Instruments cannot be reserved under the following circumstances:

      • The instrument is restricted from being reserved during certain time slots.

      • The instrument has already been successfully reserved by another user for that time slot.

      • The instrument conflicts with scheduled laboratory courses of the Department of Medicine on that day (D, D+1, D-1).

      • The user has three or more prior violation records (determined at the administrator’s discretion). The restriction period covers records from the latest violation date going back three months.

      • The instrument does not accept online reservations and can only be reserved in person or via paper form.

      • The applicant has already submitted three reservations for the desired date (no more than three reservations per day are allowed).

        When the system determines that a reservation is prohibited, the event will be marked as “Disabled Period” to indicate the next available date for reservation.


        第七條. 其餘尚未登載或註明之事項,管理單位有全權解釋之權利。

        Rule 7. Any matters not explicitly recorded or noted are subject to the full interpretation and discretion of the management unit.

  • 儀器-樞紐分析
    Instrument – Pivot Analysis

    (一)   欄位包含: 群組欄位(借用者、單位、儀器、日期、是否違規)、計算單位(借用時間、費用)、聚合函式(總和、平均)

    (1) Fields Include: Group Fields: Borrower, Unit, Instrument, Date, Violation Status、Calculation Fields: Usage Time, Fee、Aggregation Functions: Sum, Average


    (二)   本頁面之功能提供主要的幾項欄位與欄位之間的樞紐分析,在進行樞紐過後,另提供 CSVExcelTXT…之輸出格式資料,如果需要進一步進行更進階的動作,可以多加利用輸出之資料進行。
    (2) Functionality: This page provides pivot analysis between the main fields. After performing the pivot, the data can be exported in formats such as CSV, Excel, TXT, etc. If further advanced analysis is required, the exported data can be used for additional processing.
