儀器-預約與現況(登入步驟請見: 註冊與登入篇) Instruments - Reservations and Current Status (For login steps, see: Registration and Login)

在註冊成功與被授權並成功登入之後,會在頁面上方的功能列多出一項【儀器預約】,該頁面提供儀器預約功能、儀器列表及敘述、已預約項目。 After successful registration, authorization, and successful login, there will be an additional [Instrument Reservation] in the function bar at the top of the page, which provides the instrument reservation function, instrument list and description, and reserved items.
 (一) 儀器列表(點擊以展開/收合): 欄位包含: 儀器名稱、位置/地點、開放預約、不可預約時段、指導(負責)教授、預約(管理)人、預約(管理)人聯絡電話、是否需要教育訓練、收費(每分鐘/元)、收費(每次/元)、備註。 Instrument list (click to expand/collapse): Fields include: instrument name, location/location, open appointment, non-reservable time period, supervisor (in charge) professor, reservation (administrator), appointment (administrator) contact number, whether education and training are required, charge (per minute/yuan), charge (per session/yuan), remarks.


- 是否需要教育訓練: 若該項目為「是」,則借用人必須先接受該儀器的教育訓練,並被認定且註記,才可以於系統中借用,否則會跳出警示視窗提醒無法借用。
Whether education and training are required: If the item is "yes", the borrower must first receive education and training on the device, and be recognized and noted before borrowing it in the system, otherwise a warning window will pop up to remind them that it cannot be borrowed.
- 收費(每分鐘/元)、收費(每次/元) 該項目以每分鐘計價。
Charges (per minute/yuan), charges (each time/yuan) The item is priced on a per-minute basis.
- 備註欄位會顯示其儀器更詳細的規定及敘述,請使用者務必詳閱再行借閱。
The remarks field will display more detailed regulations and descriptions of the instrument, please be sure to read it carefully before borrowing.
(二) 預約: 欄位包含: 選擇借用儀器、日期、時段起、時段迄。在「選擇借用儀器」中的項目來自「儀器-儀器管理」所建立的項目。「時段起/迄」的設定請參考清大上課節次與時間進行,並且遵照實驗室所規範的時段進行預約。 Reservation: The field includes: Select the borrowed instrument, date, time slot from, and time slot to. The items in "Select Borrowed Instruments" are from the items created in "Instruments - Instrument Management". Please refer to the class sessions and times of Tsinghua University to set the "time slot start/end", and make reservations according to the time slots specified by the laboratory. 在送出預約資料後並不表示已經可以使用,而是需要等待管理員授權才可以使用,授權前的預處理請依各單位指示進行,譬如: 生醫院需要先將送出後的申請所產生的 PDF 申請單列印出來後給予指導教師與管理員簽章,再繳交至管理處進行審核,而醫學系這邊則無需使用 PDF 再進行簽章,只需電子表單作業,待上述的申請作業完成後並且管理員也批准同意使用後,系統將會自動寄送准許使用信件給使用者提醒已被准許使用,屆時請記得準時到達使用,其餘詳細規範仍請詳閱各項儀器的備註欄位說明。 Submitting the reservation data does not mean that the equipment can be used immediately; authorization from the administrator is required before usage. Please follow the instructions of each unit for the necessary pre-authorization procedures. For example, in the College of Biomedical Sciences, applicants must print out the PDF application form generated after submission, obtain the signatures of the supervising professor and the administrator, and then submit it to the administration office for review. In contrast, the Department of Medicine does not require printing and signing the PDF; only the electronic form submission is needed. Once the application process is completed and the administrator grants approval, the system will automatically send an authorization email to the user as confirmation. At that point, please remember to arrive on time for usage. For further details, please refer to the remarks section of each instrument.


(三) 已送出申請列表: 在列表中會顯示使用者提出的申請單。使用者可以在此處點擊「編輯」icon,對已申請項目進行再編輯(在未被同意使用之前,若被同意使用則無法再被編輯),如果要撤銷該項目,請點擊「刪除」欄位的 icon,即可刪除(在未被同意使用之前,若被同意使用則無法刪除)。點擊申請單欄位的圖示可以產出申請單 PDF,如第二點的申請單示意圖。 Submitted Applications List: This list displays the application forms submitted by the user. Users can click the “Edit” icon to modify an application, as long as it has not yet been approved for use (once approved, editing will no longer be possible). To withdraw an application, click the “Delete” icon in the corresponding column to remove it (also only available before approval). By clicking the icon in the application form column, a PDF version of the application form can be generated, as illustrated in the sample shown in point 2.


(四) 儀器-現況: 現況的日曆採用「時實更新」,一但預約的事件被管理員核可,就會立即被系統登載到日曆上面,反之,若尚未被管理員核可,即不會被登載上去,上述結論而言即於本日曆上所標記之事件即為確定發生事件。該日曆另提供單週「日曆快照(圖片)、日曆快照(PDF)」匯出功能,敬請多加利用。 Instrument – Current Status: The calendar adopts real-time updates. Once a reservation request is approved by the administrator, it will be immediately recorded in the calendar. Conversely, if the request has not yet been approved, it will not appear on the calendar. In other words, the events displayed on this calendar represent confirmed reservations. In addition, the calendar provides weekly export functions, including “Calendar Snapshot (Image)” and “Calendar Snapshot (PDF)”, which users are encouraged to make use of.

注意事項 Notes:
第一條. 在送出預約資料後並不表示已經可以使用,而是需要等待管理員授權才可以使用,授權前的預處理請依各單位指示進行 Rule 1. Submitting the reservation data does not mean that the equipment can be used immediately; administrator authorization is required before usage. Please follow the pre-authorization procedures specified by each unit.
第二條. 欲編輯已申請項目,請於借用日期前進行作業,超過借用日期後,是無法進行編輯或是刪除的。 Rule 2. To edit a submitted application, please make the changes before the borrowing date. Once the borrowing date has passed, the application can no longer be edited or deleted.
第三條. 同意借用與否取決於各單位的規範,並非一致性,詳情請參閱各儀器之相關規範。 Rule 3. Approval of borrowing depends on the regulations of each unit and is not standardized. For details, please refer to the specific regulations of each instrument.
第四條. 導出之申請單 PDF 內容包括: 申請人、學號/員編、聯絡電話、所屬單位、申請使用儀器、租賃費用、備註、使用日期、指導教授、儀器管理人或及其代理人核可、儀器使用規範或講義連結。需使用申請單申請儀器與否,取決於各單位規定,並無強制規定。 Rule 4. The exported application form in PDF includes the following information: applicant, student ID/employee number, contact phone number, affiliated unit, instrument requested for use, rental fee, remarks, usage date, supervising professor, approval by the instrument administrator or authorized proxy, and links to instrument usage regulations or manuals. Whether the application form is required for instrument reservation depends on the regulations of each unit and is not mandatory.
第五條. 當申請被批准後,系統將會立即寄送通知信給申請人,申請人務必於預約時段內前往使用。除此之外,在申請日期到期前一、三天,系統也會自動寄信給申請人提醒使用。若未如期前往使用,會有被註記違規紀錄的可能性。 Rule 5. Once an application is approved, the system will immediately send a notification email to the applicant. The applicant must use the instrument within the reserved time slot. In addition, the system will automatically send reminder emails to the applicant one and three days before the reserved date. Failure to use the instrument as scheduled may result in a violation record.
第六條. 儀器不可被預約的情況有以下幾種: 儀器本身已被禁止於某些時段預約使用、儀器於該時段已被他人成功預約、儀器於該時段與醫學系正課的實驗課程有所衝突(D、D+1、D-1)、使用者先前的預約紀錄中有過3次或以上的「違規紀錄」判定(違規判定為管理者自定義),停用區間為最晚違規申請發生日當天向前推算3個月內之紀錄、該儀器不接受線上預約,僅採當面或純紙本預約、申請人已於欲申請日期申請了3筆訂單(不得於欲申請日申請超過3筆)…。當系統判定禁止預約時,會在預約事件上註記「禁用期間」,以提醒使用者再次可以預約的日期。
Rule 6. Instruments may not be reserved under the following circumstances:

The instrument is restricted from being reserved during certain time slots.
-
The instrument has already been successfully reserved by another user for that time slot.
-
The instrument conflicts with scheduled laboratory courses of the Department of Medicine on that day (D, D+1, D-1).
-
The user has three or more prior violation records in their reservation history (violations are determined at the administrator’s discretion). The restriction period covers records from the latest violation date going back three months.

The instrument does not accept online reservations and can only be reserved in person or via paper form.

The applicant has already submitted three reservations for the desired date (no more than three reservations per day are allowed).
When the system determines that a reservation is prohibited, the event will be marked as “Disabled Period” to indicate to the user the next available date for reservation.
第七條. 其餘尚未登載或註明之事項,管理單位有全權解釋之權利。 Rule 7. Any matters not explicitly recorded or noted are subject to the full interpretation and discretion of the management unit.
